Shi Jun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Lijin County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1970, graduated from Shandong Machinery Industry School in 1972, and joined the CPC in 1973. From 2001 to 2006, he was Secretary of CPC Dongying City Committee of Shandong Province. Since 2011, he is Vice-Governor of Gansu Provincial People’s Government. In 2012, he became Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC Economics Committee.
